Muhammad Awais needed a high-quality service website for Zen At Home, a premium home massage and spa company delivering certified therapist services directly to clients in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The site covers a wide range of massage modalities — from Deep Tissue and Swedish to Thai, Reflexology, Lymphatic, and Prenatal — all bookable for in-home delivery.
Built on WordPress with Elementor Pro, the site was designed to reflect the calm, premium, wellness-focused nature of the brand while converting website visitors into booked appointments through clear service pages and prominent contact CTAs.

Individual service pages for over 12 massage and spa modalities including Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Sports, Swedish, Pre and Post Natal, Thai, Hot Oil, Reflexology, Slimming, Lymphatic, Maderotherapy, Aromatherapy, and a Holiday Gift option. Contact, booking, and phone CTA integration throughout. Social media profile infrastructure and a brand presence calibrated to the premium home wellness market in the UAE.
Key Challenges Solved
Home massage services sell trust as much as they sell therapy — customers are inviting a stranger into their home, so the site design had to communicate professionalism, safety, and certification clearly at every point. The extensive service range risked creating a cluttered, overwhelming experience; each modality was given its own page with focused content, linked from a clean services index. Phone and WhatsApp CTAs were prioritised over form submissions, matching the booking behaviour of UAE wellness consumers who prefer direct communication before committing to an appointment.
